Zombie Photo Club Rules
Submission Guidelines
Welcome to the Zombie Photo Club! To ensure a positive experience for all members and to maintain the quality of our platform, we've established the following submission guidelines. All photographs submitted to our club must be your original work—this includes in-game screenshots, original artwork, cosplay photography, or any other zombie-related imagery. We take copyright infringement very seriously, and any suspected violations will result in immediate removal of the content and possible suspension of your account. Images should be submitted in either JPG, PNG, or WEBP format with a maximum file size of 5MB to ensure quick loading times on our website. We recommend a minimum resolution of 1280x720 pixels to ensure your work is displayed optimally across devices. While basic editing and post-processing are acceptable and even encouraged to enhance your zombie imagery, heavily manipulated images should be clearly labeled as such in your submission description.
Each month, we open submissions for our three main categories: Call of Duty Zombies, Resident Evil Zombies, and Last of Us Zombies. Members are limited to submitting two photographs per category each month to ensure diversity in our galleries and to give everyone a fair chance at being featured. All submissions must be appropriate for general audiences—while zombie imagery is inherently gruesome, submissions should not include excessive gore beyond what is present in the games themselves. Images must be submitted with complete information including title, description, game title and version, capture method (screenshot, concept art, cosplay, etc.), and appropriate category tags. We encourage you to share any interesting stories related to the capture of your image, such as particularly memorable gameplay moments or creative processes. All submissions will go through a brief review process to ensure they meet our guidelines before being posted for community voting. The submission window closes on the 25th of each month, with voting taking place from the 26th through the end of the month. Winners are announced on the first day of the following month and will be featured in our Zombie Gallery for the duration of that month.
Community Code of Conduct
At the Zombie Photo Club, we strive to maintain a supportive and constructive environment where members can share their passion for zombie gaming and photography. When commenting on others' work, please provide constructive feedback rather than simple criticism. Focus on specific elements of the image that work well or could be improved, and always consider the photographer's intent and vision. Remember that our community includes members of all skill levels, from beginners just starting to capture gameplay screenshots to professional artists creating detailed zombie-themed works, and everyone deserves respect regardless of their experience. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to comments targeting a person's race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ability. Violations of this policy may result in comment removal, account suspension, or permanent banning depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
Engagement is key to building a vibrant community. We encourage you to participate in voting periods, leave thoughtful comments on other members' work, and engage in discussions in our chat area. While healthy debate about gaming mechanics, zombie types, or photography techniques is welcome, please keep conversations civil and focused on zombies and gaming. Promotional content should be kept to a minimum—while you're welcome to include your gaming handles or social media information in your profile, repeatedly posting promotional content in comments or discussions is discouraged. If you encounter any issues with another member or believe someone is violating our guidelines, please use the report function rather than engaging in public confrontation. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and will take appropriate action as needed. By adhering to these guidelines, you help us maintain the Zombie Photo Club as a positive, inspiring space for fans to connect, learn, and showcase their creativity in capturing the virtual undead.
